Terms of Service

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Site regarding the use of the Service. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to all the provisions of these Terms.

Article 2 (Purpose & Scope of the Service)

The Service is provided primarily for the purpose of supporting individual math learning, research, and aiding practical calculations. Although designed for non-commercial use, educational institutions, tutoring schools, and other educational activities are permitted to use the Service free of charge within reasonable limits.

Article 3 (Prohibitions)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the server or network functions of the Service by imposing an excessive load (including sending unnaturally large numbers of requests via scripts).
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Site's services.
• Acts of impersonating other users.
• Reverse engineering, extracting source codes, or commercially exploiting the calculation logics of the Service without our prior permission.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights composing the Service, including text, images, programs, designs, mathematical models, and trademarks, belong to the Site or third parties with legitimate rights. Users shall not duplicate, reprint, modify, or transmit these materials to the public without authorization beyond the scope explicitly permitted by these Terms.

Article 5 (Limitation of Use & Blocked Access)

If we determine that a User has violated or is suspected of violating any provision of these Terms, we may restrict all or part of the User's access to the Service or block specific IP addresses without prior notice.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

Regarding the accuracy of information provided by the Site and limitations of liability associated with the use of the Service, the separately established "Disclaimer" page shall apply.

Article 7 (Suspension of the Service)

We reserve the right to suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if we deem it necessary for system maintenance, updates, fire, power outages, or other operational reasons.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notifying Users. By continuing to use the Service after the Terms have been modified, Users are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
